Hello and welcome

Finally! The last piece of the puzzle in the mystery of Marsha Boden’s disappearance. Did you guess? Please leave a comment to let me know what you thought of the story and if you think it was well written (or not!) Please be kind.

I hope you enjoyed accompanying me on this wild experiment to write a novel live, here on Substack which, as you know, worked because I now have a novel!

I have started novels in the past, got lost, confused, disheartened and gave up on all of them.  However, writing two chapters a week and posting them on Substack forced me to continue and now I have a 75,000-word novel which I am going to pitch to an agent. It took me six months but I am thrilled to have completed a work of fiction and for the first time, I have a full-length novel.

So, thank you for your patience and if fiction is not your thing, Rosy’s Ramblings will be ‘back to normal’ very soon. I just have one more post about the process of writing the novel and some insights which I hope you will find as fascinating as I did.

Have a great week and I look forward to meeting you back here, as usual, on Saturday.
